  • Make gratitude a family affair: Kids learn by imitation and are more likely to learn from what they see us do vs. what we tell them to do. 
  • Make gratitude simple: It’s helpful to remind kids that we can be grateful for the simplest of things in life (a sunny day, a delicious strawberry, a good grade at school).
