Got a Picky Eater? Here's Why You Need to Let His Tummy Growl! by Nicole DeAvilla
Setting a bag of bagels and cream cheese down on the kitchen table, a mom bringing her son over for a play date explained that this was the only food her son would eat and how lucky I was to not have a picky eater. I like this mom and her kid, so I bit my tongue. However, I am going to tell YOU what I didn't say to her:
If you don't have bagels in the house and you give your child time enough to actually become hungry before feeding him, then make only healthy foods available, he will eat healthy food.
It’s that simple. OK, I admit it may be simple, but not always easy. Just give it a try!
