Joshua Michael Cobb has spent his whole life learning from his father, a self-made millionaire who has cultivated a rich history with the community around Claremont, CA, through commercial real estate investing. Since before college, Joshua has been involved in the family business, learning the ins and outs of the real estate market and what has helped his father succeed over the years. He attended UCLA, where he earned an undergraduate degree. Not long after, he spent time learning about construction and building, eventually becoming a licensed contractor in 2007. Now, he works full-time with his father, combining his passion for commercial real estate with his skills in contracting and construction. This allows him to work with a client from start to finish, regardless of the scope of their project.
