You make it sound so easy, Dawn Taylor . Portion control and getting moving are two of my biggest things. I've found in the past I can eat anything as long as it's in small portions. I do need to move more. Working on it! I've started taking small breaks when I've been sitting at the computer too long. Thanks for this great reminder.

Thanks, Dawn! Great tips. I've been working with a local personal trainer since Feb and have lost 13 lbs and getting much better stamina and strength. I've also used a food/calorie tracker and that helped immensely.
