How Breastfeeding Helps Baby's Digestion With Healthy Bacteria!

Though we may not like to think about it, we all have a lot of bacteria that lives in our intestines. Some bacteria are normal and good for our digestion, while others make us sick. Breast milk helps babies develop healthy bacteria in the intestinal tract. 

Since good bacteria are growing there, it leaves little space for the bad bacteria to stake a claim. This helps breastfed babies to have lower rates of diarrheal diseases. Just another wonderful benefit of breastfeeding your baby!
