After we give birth, doctors tell us to practice our Kegel exercises. Kegels not only strengthen the muscles of the vagina, but may also increase our libido/sex drive. This can occur because energy flow begins and muscle builds on the pelvic floor. These occurrences together may help create a stronger orgasm as well. The best part about Kegel exercises is you can do them anytime and anywhere:
- during lunch
- while at a stoplight
- taking a shower
