We all want sculpted arms, but getting them isn't easy. Strength training isn't always fun, and most of us start out doing it wrong. We try to get as many reps in as we can, thinking we're going to get the most results. In reality, we should slow down; quality is more important than quantity. Keep your reps controlled and slower, and exhale on the effort. Doing this will create good form as well as work the targeted muscles more. All this will create those sexy arms we all dream about! Try these easy arm exercises:
