Great advice here! I've been fighting high blood pressure for a few years now. I've pretty much cut out deli meat (love my veggie sandwiches), reduced salt and I've never been a big sugar eater. I already eat most of the four foods recommended. Do need to try to eat more fruit. Dr. Vikki Petersen

Such helpful info, Dr. Vikki Petersen , thank you. I used to have low blood pressure, but this year it has gotten higher. I am definitely paying attention to it and watching what I eat. I appreciate these tips!
