Cold winter weather wreaks havoc on your lips, leaving them dry and cracked. Keeping lips moist can be tricky this time of year. In order to help alleviate chapped lips, you should first exfoliate them. An easy way to accomplish this task is by brushing your lips!
- While you’re doing your morning tooth brushing routine, gently brush your lips with your toothbrush
- Rinse and then add lip balm to moisturize
The tooth brushing will gently remove dry surface skin, leaving your lips feeling supple and plump. It's great for your kid’s lips, too!
