  • Fix Eating Habits – Eat smaller meals more often during the day; focus on whole, natural foods; choose healthy fats; and drink plenty of water.
  • Do Efficient Exercises – Try HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), as it burns more calories in less time, which helps with belly fat; allow for resting during exercise; and add abdominal exercises.
  • De-Stress – Cortisol, a hormone that increases from stress, results in excess belly fat. Take time to relax at least 10 to 15 minutes daily!
