Whether you’re tired, stressed or just distracted, it’s easy to find yourself having too many snacks. Habits also play a part in eating behavior. Making small changes to what your body expects can bring about significant benefits. Here are some ideas to help combat cravings!
- Don’t stock your favorite treats; make it an effort to get them.
- Have a stick of chewing gum – it’s now available in dessert flavors.
- Brush your teeth.
- Have a mint or two.
- Make a cup of fruity or spicy tea.
- Try a flavored coffee.
- Have a glass of water.
