Got a Habit of Snacking? 7 Tips to Help You Limit Snacks!

Whether you’re tired, stressed or just distracted, it’s easy to find yourself having too many snacks. Habits also play a part in eating behavior. Making small changes to what your body expects can bring about significant benefits. Here are some ideas to help combat cravings!

  • Don’t stock your favorite treats; make it an effort to get them.
  • Have a stick of chewing gum – it’s now available in dessert flavors.
  • Brush your teeth.
  • Have a mint or two.
  • Make a cup of fruity or spicy tea.
  • Try a flavored coffee.
  • Have a glass of water.

If you absolutely have to snack, choose something healthy. You won't regret it!
