Healthy Habits: 5 Good-for-You Things to Start Now!

Now is the perfect time to reevaluate your good – and not-so-good – habits. Little changes could have a lasting effect on your health. Simple things like:

  • Drink more water.
  • Get more sleep.
  • Strength training is a big one, especially as we age. Adding in light weights or simple exercises can keep you toned, prevent age-related muscle loss and injury.
  • Stretch every day to stay limber.
  • Add more protein to your diet.
