Don’t skip meals. Your body needs nutrients to function. Muscles, bones, cells and BRAIN need food to operate. Going without food all day only depletes your already-tired self and you end up even more stressed. Not eating also slows down your metabolism. If it’s not getting food, it slows down to use what it’s got … nothing. Bring healthy snacks and water with you everywhere – always have nutrient-filled brain-fueling body-transforming food ready. Here are some quick go-to foods:
- grilled chicken
- tuna, fruit
- veggies
- eggs
- oatmeal
- sweet potatoes
So just eat already!
