It's important to find time to meditate each day! Here's some ideas!
- Apps can help. Keep in mind that you may go through many before you find one that doesn’t annoy you. Try the free apps first!
- In terms of carving out time to meditate (10 to 15 minute spans of time), find "grab it" times – anytime during the day where you find you're alone and others are (for some unknown reason) leaving you that way. Quick, it won’t last!
- Sit or lie down and start your breathing. If you're in an area with a door to close and a light to shut off, go for it!
