We focus a lot on keeping our kids active that sometimes we forget that getting active and taking care of our own health is a priority, too! This summer get the whole family active with fun outings. Here are some ideas!

  • geocache
  • play basketball
  • hit the soccer field
  • go rock climbing 
  • take up paddle boarding

Kids love it and we are never too old to try new activities or revisit favorites from when we were young! Done a cartwheel lately or got on the swings at the park? Do you have an activity bin?
