Recently I went from an air fryer with a tray that was rarely used to an air fryer with a basket that I am in love with. So far I've made a skinny broccoli chicken stir fry, high-protein breakfast tacos, sriracha chicken and high-protein tuna cakes. With pork chops thawing on the counter, new air fryer recipes for pork was on my radar. This air fryer pork chops recipe may be my favorite one yet.
These juicy, perfectly seasoned pork chops took no time to prep and were ready to be served in under 20 minutes. Here is what you'll need from your fridge, pantry and spice rack for this gluten-free air-fryer pork chops recipe: bone-in pork chops (learn more about the health benefits of pork), brown sugar, smoked paprika, ground mustard, onion powder, garlic powder and cooking oil. The pork chops are seasoned then hit the air fryer for about 12 to 14 minutes, depending on the thickness of your chops.

Ingredients
- 2 pork chops, bone-in and about 1 1/2 to 2 inches thick
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil (I used olive oil)
Here's how to make it:
- Combine the brown sugar, smoked paprika, ground mustard, onion powder and garlic powder in a small bowl.
- Season the pork chops on both sides with salt and black pepper. Drizzle both sides with the cooking oil.
- Coat both sides of the pork chops with the seasoning blend. (I used all of the seasoning blend.)
- Put the pork chops into a preheated 400-degree F air fryer basket.
- Air fry for about 12 to 14 minutes, turning the pork chops over halfway through, or until cooked through. Pork is cooked through at 145 degrees F internal temperature on a food thermometer. (If your pork chops are thinner or thicker, adjust the cooking time.)
- Serve immediately for the juiciest pork chops.
