Love croutons on your salad like we do? Try this do-it-yourself healthy version! 

You'll need: 

  • 2 slices of Food for Life Ezekiel bread
  • garlic powder
  • olive oil 
  • onion powder

Here's how you make them:

Slice Ezekiel bread into small squares. Heat oven to 350 degrees F on broil. Brush olive oil on top of bread and season with garlic and onion powder. Place in oven and bake for approximately 5 minutes, flipping halfway through. Remove from oven and serve.
