To make this creamy barbecue tahini salad dressing you will need the following simple ingredients: tahini, barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, tamari or soy sauce, sea salt, black pepper and a little water for thinning.

- 1/3 cup tahini
- 3 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup cold water
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon tamari or soy sauce
- sea salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Recipe Notes
- Use whatever kind of barbecue sauce you like. Just remember that it will affect the flavor of the dressing.
- Store the dressing in a mason jar, airtight container or salad dressing cruet.

- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl or jar and mix well. Add a bit more water if the dressing is too thick.
