Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons white miso paste
- 3 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce or tamari
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
- pinch of salt (optional)
Recipe Notes
- You can use any neutral-tasting oil for this salad dressing. Oil olive has a strong taste and is not considered a neutral oil.
- To toast sesame seeds, put them into a skillet over low heat. Stir constantly until they begin to lightly brown and let off their aroma, about 4 to 5 minutes.
- Store the dressing in a salad dressing cruet, mason jar or airtight container.
