This golden balsamic dressing recipe is ready in just five minutes and goes great on any salad, including my beautiful healthy summer quinoa salad. The vinaigrette salad dressing is tangy, a little sweet and has quite a delicious attitude!
To make this quick and easy low-sodium white balsamic salad dressing, you will need just five simple ingredients (plus salt and black pepper). Here are the gluten-free ingredients you need to grab from the pantry and fridge: olive oil, lemons for juicing, white balsamic vinegar, honey or agave nectar and fresh garlic (and salt and black pepper).

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon golden balsamic vinegar (see Recipe Notes)
- 1 - 2 teaspoons honey or agave nectar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
Recipe Notes
- You could use champagne vinegar or even white wine vinegar if you can't find white (golden) balsamic.
- Adjust the amounts to suit your own tastes.
- For some spice, add some crushed red pepper flakes or ground cayenne.
- The salad dressing will keep in the refrigerator for five days in a jar or airtight container.
Here's how to make it:
- Put the ingredients into a small bowl, mason jar or salad dressing cruet.
- Whisk or shake until combined.
- Taste and add more salt and black pepper, if needed. Serve.
