I went to the trouble to set up an account just so I could post a comment. For me this recipe was a total waste of ingredients. Since the only liquid is the bananas 3 large bananas is not a very exact measurement. I mixed everything together and placed the mixture in muffin tin with paper liners. Baked @ 350 for 20 minutes. Toothpick came out with goop on it, 3 more minutes, same, 3 more minutes same, 4 more minutes and Toothpick still showed batter on it. Starting to smell a little over cooked so took them out of the oven. Let cool a bit and tasted one. Not very tasty. Thought maybe I'll chill them. Put in fridge overnight. Tasted worse in the morning. Threw 8 1/2 away.

I'm sorry to hear that. Mine (pictured) came out perfectly baked. All ovens are different. So sorry this recipe didn't work for you. Next time I make them I will be sure to measure out the bananas in cups. You are correct bananas vary in size.
