Recipe Notes

  • If you don't have fresh peaches, you can use frozen or canned peaches, drained.
  • Feel free change the type of Greek yogurt you use (such as plain or vanilla, etc.).
  • To make this sorbet dairy-free, you can use dairy-free milk (I used almond milk) and dairy-free yogurt (such as coconut-milk-based yogurt).

Here's how you make it:

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a storage container that can be frozen.
  4. Freeze for at least 5 hours, or overnight. Serve in ice cream bowls, or on top of a slice of fresh peach pie!
