Creamy Walnut Vinaigrette Recipe: Not Braggin', But This Healthy Salad Dressing Is Good Sauces/Condiments Salads Vegetarian

Drizzle this creamy walnut salad dressing on any salad! It's great over fresh lettuce, spring mix, arugula, baby spinach, endive, romaine or your favorite lettuce. • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
• 6 tablespoons walnuts
• 6 tablespoons white wine vinegar
• 1 cup walnut oil

• If you want to make a smaller amount of walnut vinaigrette, simply cut the ingredients in half.

• Store the walnut vinaigrette in an airtight container or salad dressing cruet.

Here's how to make it: 

1. Put the mustard, walnuts and vinegar into a food processor or blender. Process for 1 minute.
2. With the motor running, drizzle in the walnut oil. Process until combined and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper.
