Herb Olive Oil Dip for Bread Recipe With Balsamic Vinegar: Dairy-free Italian Dipping Oil Sauces/Condiments Italian Recipes

Is there anything better than dipping delicious homemade bread into a flavored Italian dipping oil? Olive oil dipping oils can be made in so many different ways. This one is made with Italian flat-leaf parsley, chopped fresh basil, fresh mint leaves, garlic, minced onion, lemon juice and olive oil. This recipe goes above and beyond on the flavor profiles.

The easiest way to make this dipping oil is by zapping it for a few seconds in the blender. But you can also whisk the ingredients together and skip using a blender (the oil will be chunkier doing it this way). The fresh mint adds a refreshing back note to the oil. This is a dairy-free dipping oil, but if you just can't live without a little Parm in your life, add a tablespoon or two to the oil at the end. You could also add some crushed red pepper flakes for a little spice. Right before serving, add even more flavor by drizzling it with a little balsamic vinegar.

Serve this dipping oil with French bread, Italian bread, rustic bread, artisan bread, dinner rolls, breadsticks or baguette slices as an appetizer or snack.
