Korean Cream Cheese Garlic Bread Recipe Is Crazy Easy to Make (20 Minutes) Korean Recipes Bread/Muffins Appetizers Snacks Side Dishes
Korean cream cheese garlic bread is a recipe you will wish you had known about since birth. Fresh dinner rolls are stuffed with a cream cheese mixture, dipped into a garlic butter and baked until golden. Wow. Just wow.
Don't be intimidated by this homemade bread recipe because they are deceptively easy to make. Why? Because they start with ready made dinner rolls. You can buy frozen dinner roll dough and bake them, or buy fresh rolls from the bakery. In a pinch, you could use dinner rolls on the bread aisle.
The cream cheese filling is made with cream cheese, a little sugar and heavy cream. The ingredients are beat together until fluffy and smooth. The garlic butter is a combination of melted butter, egg, milk, fresh minced garlic and fresh parsley. After cutting slits into the dinner rolls (do not go all the way through!), the cream cheese is piped in and then the tops are dipped in the garlic butter. Bake for about five minutes until hot, golden and melty.
Serve the rolls as a side dish with dinner, as an appetizer or as a cheesy snack.

Recipe Notes
- Double of even triple this easy bread recipe if you need more of these rolls for dinner.
- If you want mini rolls, buy a pack of smaller dinner rolls.
- You could sprinkle the tops before baking with a little grated Parmesan cheese.
- Store the leftover rolls in the refrigerator.
- To reheat the Korean cream cheese garlic bread, put it onto a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Here's how to make it:
- Put the pre-baked or bakery bought dinner rolls onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Cut the rolls into wedges across the top, but do not go all the way through the roll.
- Beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add the sugar and beat to combine. Beat in the heavy cream. Put the mixture into a plastic food bag and cut the corner off to create a piping bag (or use a cake decorating bag).
- Pipe the cream cheese mixture into the rolls through the cut slits.
- Stir together the melted butter, egg, milk, garlic and parsley together in a small bowl. Dip the top of the rolls into the garlic butter.
- Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 5 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and heated throughout.
