The holidays call for honey-glazed ham. While you hunt for Easter eggs or hide the presents under the tree at Christmas, let your NESCO Roaster Oven do the work for you in this quick and easy holiday ham recipe. Just combine ingredients, cover and cook for roughly one and a half hours. Your guests will be amazed by the ham’s sweet and salty caramelized texture.
The fully cooked boneless ham is studded with whole cloves and cooked for about one hour. A honey glaze made with brown sugar, honey, and dry mustard. After covering the ham with pineapple slices, the glaze is brushed on and the ham continues to cook for about 30 minutes. So simple!

Ingredients
- 3 - 4 pounds fully cooked boneless ham
- 10 whole cloves
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 can (7 ounces) pineapple slices, drained
- maraschino cherries
Here's how to make it:
- Stud ham with cloves. Place ham on rack in NESCO® Roaster Oven (or a roasting pan). Pour 1 cup water around ham. Cover and cook at 325 degrees F for 1 hour.
- Combine remaining ingredients. Brush over ham. Pour an additional 1/2 cup water around ham. Arrange pineapple slices on ham, securing with wooden picks as necessary. Arrange maraschino cherries, as desired. Cover and continue to cook for 30 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted into center of ham reaches 140 degrees F.
