Herb & Fruit Infused Water Recipe: It's Time for a Healthy Spring Reset Beverages

If you’re like me then as the birds start chirping, I begin to awaken to the change in season and get excited for the warmer weather to come. I start to clean out my closets and make space for upcoming projects. This time of year, a detox to clean up my diet always feels right, too. The clock is about to move forward, and the days sunlight will last longer, which will open my door to engaging with the outdoors. I’m ready to shed my winter layers, inside and out!

I’m starting out my detox with drinking fruit-infused water and herbal teas. I like to keep it simple and make a few small changes. That’s what works well for me. I’ve also found many healthy snacks and yummy desserts. During the winter months I allow myself more sweets and treats, but as spring and summer months begin, I start to lighten up my caloric intake.

The infused water recipe is easy and I’ve doubled it so it would last longer. As a bonus, the luxurious spa feel added a nice element to my normal day. Enjoy your detox and I hope you allow the light in as we head into spring!
