Healthy Vinaigrette Salad Dressing Recipe: So Much Flavor (and a Dash of Probiotics) Salads Sauces/Condiments

I love making my own homemade salad dressings. When you make your own salad dressing at home, you can control the ingredients and know exactly what you’re eating.

I like to find ways to add nutrition to my recipes, and this healthy recipe helps me do that. This easy apple cider vinaigrette salad dressing recipe adds so much flavor and a dash of probiotics (via apple cider vinegar) for gut health.

Apple cider vinegar (ACV) contains healthy bacteria and gut-friendly properties. Be sure to look for ACV with "the mother,” to ensure you’re getting the most benefits. The maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic and tamari all add so much richness and flavor to this simple salad dressing recipe. Enjoy it on your salads, or as a sauce or marinade for chicken, fish or shrimp for dinner. So easy and delicious!
