Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
- 1 pack (12 count) Hawaiian rolls
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 3/4 pound smoked ham, sliced
- 3/4 pound Swiss cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup dill pickle chips
Here's how to make it:
- Mix the butter, garlic and parsley together in a small bowl until combined.
- Slice all 12 rolls, without separating, horizontally in half. Place the bottom halves in a 13x9-inch baking dish. Spread the mustard evenly over the bottom buns. Top with a layer of the ham, Swiss cheese, pickles and remaining roll lids.
- Brush the rolls with the butter mixture. Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 15 to 20 minutes. Separate into individual sliders.
