Ingredients

• 1 can (10 ounces) tomatoes with green chiles 
• 1 can (10 ounces) cream of chicken soup
• 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles
• 16 ounces (about 4 cups) shredded cheddar cheese
• 3 cups chopped or shredded cooked chicken 
• 1 bag (7 ounces) tortilla chips

Here's how to make it: 

1. Combine the tomatoes with green chiles, chopped green chiles, cream of mushroom soup and 3 cups of the cheddar cheese in a saucepot. Warm until cheese melts. Stir in the cooked chicken. 
2. Layer half of the tortilla chips on the bottom of a casserole dish. Add half the cheese-chicken mixture. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of cheese. 
3. Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 20 minutes.
