Serve these seasoned chicken legs with your favorite side dishes. Brussels sprouts, carrots, green beans, corn or whatever vegetable your family enjoys and a grain or mashed potatoes are always good bets. Pack the leftover chicken for lunch the next day. Bone apple tea.

Ingredients

  • chicken legs
  • yellow mustard
  • Dijon mustard
  • paprika
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • tomato bouillon and/or chicken bouillon 
  • salt and pepper

Here's how to make it:

  1. Put all the ingredients into a gallon zipper bag. Toss to coat. Let the chicken sit overnight in the refrigerator. 
  2. Grill the chicken until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F or bake in a preheated 375-degree F oven for about 30 to 40 minutes.
