  • You can use avocado oil instead of olive oil.
  • Try this cooking method with other fresh vegetables.

Here's how to make it: 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F. Place the green beans in a large bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and toss well to coat. Transfer all the beans into the air fryer basket. (You may have to do this in batches.)
  2. Air fry for 12 minutes, shaking halfway. Sprinkle with freshly chopped herbs, if desired. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for meal prep for up to five days.
