My neighbor Made something similiar years ago must of been 2007 he would use real butter and smear the garlic you buy in a jar then wrap in foil and cook on the grill along with sweet corn and steaks wow it was good!! But this recipe I gotta try it sounds healthier and tastier, I know how good his recipe is this has to be awesome! Thanks for sharing it

Okay, this recipe tasted really good, but I have to say your presentation is a bit false and disingenuous. I followed the recipe to the letter, but the cabbage sections do NOT hold together like "steaks," they fall apart...and I think you know that.

I blame myself, I'm an experienced cook and should have known better. There's nothing to bind/hold the cabbage sections together as they bake. You obviously did something that's not in the recipe to get the photos you did. Not very honest. Like I said, it was tasty, but nothing at all (texture-wise) like the image you presented.
