Brazilian Baked Ham & Cheese Sandwich Recipe: A Tasty Way to Use Leftover Ham Sandwiches Lunch Pork

Ham and cheese sandwiches are a classic. This Brazilian ham and cheese sandwich is hot, buttery and cheesy. Sandwich perfection! The sandwich recipe can be made with pão de queijo (Brazilian cheese bread) for smaller sandwiches, or on regular-size sandwich rolls for larger sandwiches.

Start the recipe by mixing together mustard and butter in a bowl. The rolls are topped with ham and cheese, then the mustardy butter is spread over the top before baking in the oven. For color and more flavor, sprinkle on some dried oregano before baking!

Serve these Brazilian baked ham and cheese sandwiches with pickles an potato chips for lunch or dinner. They also make fun appetizers. If you feel like a little bit of baking therapy, make your own homemade pão de queijo!
