  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and cottage cheese. Add the melted butter and whisk to combine. 
  2. Stir together the flour and baking soda in a small bowl. Add the mixture to the eggs. Whisk. 
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese. Pour the mixture into a buttered 13x9-inch casserole dish. 
  4. Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 30 minutes or until set and golden on top.
