Cool & Delicious Dairy-free Dole Whip Recipe for Dole Whip Day Desserts

Make your day sunnier with a delicious homemade Dole Whip! The dairy-free Dole Whip is made with frozen pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, coconut milk creamer or oat milk and frozen mango chunks. The simple, wholesome ingredients are put into a blender and blitzed until smooth and creamy. Spoon into dessert bowls or smoothie glasses and enjoy! 

In order to achieve soft serve consistency when taking out of the freezer, place 2 cups of frozen base into a blender with 1/4 cup of Dole Pineapple Juice and blend until smooth and soft again.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen DOLE® Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 cup DOLE® Pineapple Juice
  • 1 cup coconut milk creamer or oat milk
  • 3/4 cup frozen DOLE® Mango Chunks

Here's how to make it: 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately by scooping into a bowl or piping from a pastry bag with a start tip for a fun Dole Whip inspired visual. Store in a freezer for up to two weeks.
