People love Texas Roadhouse. From their cinnamon butter and rolls to their fantastic steaks, the food is pretty amazing. On my trip to California, I was shocked to see Texas Roadhouse restaurants there. They are loved even beyond Texas!

A fan favorite are their steaks and the flavorful dry rub they use. This copycat Texas Roadhouse steak rub recipe is the perfect seasoning for the steaks you're grilling this weekend. This steak recipe is also a winner to serve Dad on Father's Day!

For the steak rub you'll need kosher salt, brown sugar, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, ground turmeric, paprika, chili powder and black pepper. You can make the steak rub ahead of time and keep it in an airtight container. When ready to cook, season your favorite steaks on both sides with the dry rub and grill to your desired doneness. Be sure to allow time for the steaks to rest before serving or slicing.
