Fall-Apart Tender 3-Ingredient Pot Roast Recipe: The Easiest Pot Roast Ever Beef Slow Cooker Dinner Budget-friendly

I can’t believe this pot roast recipe has only three ingredients – including the beef! It’s affordable, too, as many slow-cooker recipes are. This is the perfect “set it and forget it” dinner recipe for busy people!

To make this three-ingredient pot roast recipe you will need the following pantry ingredients: a packet of dry gravy mix, a packet of dry salad dressing mix and a sirloin beef tip roast (or your favorite type of beef roast). The seasoning mixes are stirred together with some water in a slow cooker, and then in goes the roast. Cover and cook for about seven hours or until fall-apart tender.

Serve this tender, juicy pot roast recipe with mashed potatoes (use the sauce as your gravy) and a vegetable or salad.
