Ingredients

• 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/3 cup butter, at room temperature
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Here's how to make it:

1. Put the blueberries into a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for about 1 to 2 minutes or until berries are soft. Mash with a fork.
2. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
3. Cream together the butter and sugar with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add the blueberries and beat on high until incorporated.
4. Add the dry ingredients and mix together.
5. Fold in the white chocolate chips. Chill the dough for about 30 minutes.
6. Roll into balls and place on a parchment paper-covered cookie sheet.
7. Bake in a preheated 400-degree F oven for about 10 to 13 minutes or until just beginning to brown around the edges.
