Just wondering how your cake turned out, as mine not as good as expected.

This recipe didn't work for me. Despite baking it forc10 minutes longer than recipe indicated, it was still too moist in middle. Tested it with a bamboo skewer and a toothpick which came out clean. Also it was heavy but the flavour was good. Don't think I will make it again.

I believe my oven is fine. I bake often and have an oven thermometer to check temperature
