This easy skillet brussels sprouts recipe turns those sprouts into nuggets of flavor – and in just 15 minutes. Without the brussels sprouts in the oven, why don't you bake a cake in there instead? Ingredients

Here's how to make it: 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet. Add the brussels sprouts, cut side down, in the pan.
  2. Cook the brussels sprouts without stirring for about 4 to 5 minutes. When golden brown, flip them over and add the broth. Season with salt and pepper. 
  3. Cook until tender, about 5 more minutes. Add the butter and lemon juice. Toss to combine.
