This thing is delicious! I used sliced Swiss cheese; melts nice and smooth, unlike pre-shredded crap. Does anyone know the translation of zapiekanka?
Donna John
I have not been able to find a translation for zapiekanka. It says open-faced sandwich or polish pizza. So glad you enjoyed the recipe!! Steve
