  2. Season the chicken leg quarters with salt and pepper, then sprinkle both sides with the seasoning blend.
  3. Heat the oil in a large ovenproof skillet. Add the chicken, skin side down, and cook for about 7 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. 
  4. Flip the chicken over and put into a preheated 350-degree F oven. Cook for about 30 to 40 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees F.
