Creamy, healthy and easy to make, this cashew butter recipe will be your new favorite snack. Spread it on crackers, bread, rice cakes or dip fresh vegetables into it.

Ingredients

Here's how to make it: 

  1. Put the cashews onto a baking sheet. Place in a preheated 350-degree F oven for about 6 to 8 minutes or until they begin to brown lightly. 
  2. Put the cashews and coconut oil into a blender. Season with salt, to taste. Blend for about 2 minutes or until creamy.
  3. Add the chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds and ground flax seeds and pulse a couple times to combine. Store the cashew butter in an airtight container.
