Ingredients
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 1 1/4 cups rolled oats (divided)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 cup peanut butter or nut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup honey
Here's how to make it:
- Put the raisins, 1 cup of the rolled oats and cinnamon into a blender. Pulse to combine. Pour into a mixing bowl.
- Add the remaining oats, peanut butter, honey and vanilla. Mix well. Refrigerate about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Roll into balls.
