- 29 ounces (1 can) pinto beans, with liquid
- 29 ounces (1 can) tomato sauce
- 29 ounces (1 can) diced tomatoes
- 4 ounces (1 can) diced green chiles
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 2 cups water
- 3 tablespoons chili powder, or more to taste
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin, or more to taste

- Try this recipe with ground turkey instead of ground beef.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge. Reheat on low in a saucepot or in the microwave.
Here's how to make it:
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Drain the fat and pour into a slow cooker.
