  • Use whatever bread you like, but make sure it's not fresh and too soft.

Here's how to make it: 

  1. Whisk together the milk, eggs, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla. 
  2. Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat the skillet over medium heat. 
  3. Soak two slices of the bread in the egg mixture for a few seconds. Put them into the hot skillet and cook until bread is golden brown, about 3 minutes on each side. Repeat with remaining bread.
