Ingredients

• 4 cups frozen whole kernel corn (thawed) or 5 corn on the cob, steamed until tender and kernels cut off the cob
• 1 small red onion, sliced

Dressing

• 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
• 3 tablespoons olive oil

1. Put all the ingredients into a large salad bowl. 
2. Season with salt and pepper. Toss and serve.
