All you need to make these baked cherry tomatoes is fresh cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and fresh herbs. The ingredients are baked in the oven until the tomatoes are soft and succulent. • 3 - 4 cups cherry tomatoes
• 6 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 tablespoons olive oil

Here's how to make it:

1. Combine the tomatoes, garlic and olive oil in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Pour the tomatoes onto a baking sheet. (Top with chopped fresh herbs, if desired. Use all the colors of cherry tomatoes you can find, red, orange, yellow, etc.,) for a colorful dish.)
3. Bake in a preheated 375-degree F oven for about 20 to 25 minutes. Use immediately or store the tomatoes in the fridge in an airtight container.
