Ingredients

  • 2 cups honey
  • 3 tablespoons grated lemon peel
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  1. Put all the ingredients into a saucepot. Cook over low heat, stirring often, about 10 minutes. 
  2. Pour the honey into a glass jar once it has cooled.
